Our home-made Cherry Brandy is a wonderfully rich fruit liqueur from red cherries and fine brandy. It is created according to the old family recipe and following the traditional way of distillation that our grand father, Michael Brettos, used back in 1909. Savour it straight and experience the unique colour, warmth and glow of this premium quality brandy. A red, full-bodied, sweet cherry-flavored liqueur made from the juice of red cherries. Cherry Brandy is one of the most widely appreciated liqueurs in the world.
With 25% alcohol content, our Cherry Brandy has a unique taste.
Brettos Liquors is the oldest distillery in Athens. It started operating for the first time back in 1909 at the ground level of an Athenian old mansion in the heart of Plaka. At those premises, his founder Michael Brettos, started producing ouzo and liqueur using the very first, hand-made, distiller.
Today nothing has changed in the traditional distillation process and production. The respect to the past together with the fact that Our production remains small, keeps our quality in a very high standard and makes our liqueurs really rare and distinctive.
Singapore Sling recipe
1/2 oz grenadine syrup
1 oz gin
sweet and sour mix club soda
1/2 oz Cherry Brandy
Pour grenadine into the bottom of a collins glass, and fill with ice. Add gin, and almost-fill with equal parts of sweet and sour and chilled soda. Top with Cherry Brandy, and serve unstirred, garnished with a cherry on collins glass. Enjoy!
