Product Description

Our home-made Coconut liqueur is made by the maceration of coconut in white rum. It is created according to the old family recipe and following the traditional way of distillation that our grand father, Michael Brettos, used back in 1909. This rich coconut flavour gives this 100% natural liqueur its subtle flavor and exotic sensation. The finest natural coconut extracts mixed with fruits, plants and flowers are blended with pure sugar cane syrup to create an exotic, tropical coconut liqueur. Coconut liqueur is sweet and is often served after dinners.

With 25% alcohol content, it has a really strong taste.

Brettos Liquors is the oldest distillery in Athens. It started operating for the first time back in 1909 at the ground level of an Athenian old mansion in the heart of Plaka. At those premises, his founder Michael Brettos, started producing ouzo and liqueur using the very first, hand-made, distiller.

Today nothing has changed in the traditional distillation process and production. The respect to the past together with the fact that Our production remains small, keeps our quality in a very high standard and makes our liqueurs really rare and distinctive.
