Epilinios: This excellent dry red wine is a regional wine of the Kithaironas slopes and it is offered to the seekers of pleasure. The famous Cabernet and Syrah varieties transfer their qualities of taste and flavour to create a palate of exquisite personality. Using the most up to date methods of wine-making but with respect to the tradition has produced this wine.

Agiorgitiko: Dry, red wine from Nemea, Peloponnese. Characterised by ripe fruit notes and balanced oak flavours, Agiorgitiko by Gaia can be aged 2-4 years after release and will evolve into a velvety and composite wine. The exceptional 2000 vintage produced high quality grapes harvested from hillside vineyards in NEMEA. The wine was aged in French oak casks. A structured wine, showing the intense fruit of the grape variety and well integrated oak. With proper cellar conditions it will evolve over the next four years becoming more complex and velvety.

Xinomavro Reserve: Dry, red wine from Naoussa. A rich wine with a deep red colour and terracotta tints. The sweet aromas of dried fruit, dominated by tomato and fig, blend with the aromas of ageing, like cinnamon, vanilla, wood and spices. A potent wine, with a body characterized by an abundance of mature tannins, a result of the long ageing process. Lasting aftertaste.
